The Aesthetic Analysis

Successful aesthetic dental treatment takes careful planning and attention to detail. The Aesthetic Analysis consists of the following components:

• Diagnostic casts of your mouth
• Diagnostic slide photography
• Smile Guide Analysis
• Diagnostic wax-up and/or mock up as a preview
• Polaroid and intraoral pictures
• Customized temporization
• Post cementation recontouring
• Final photographs and a professional photo session
• Aesthetic maintenance program

The Experience

The first session will involve photography and models. A diagnostic wax-up or mock up will be done to preview your case. Customized temporaries will be designed based on the working model. If you desire a whiter smile, we offer a complimentary home whitening kit which you can begin to use.

The second session involves preparation of the teeth and custom temporization. This is a lengthy appointment but you will be entertained with the movie of your choice. Please advise us of what movie(s) you wish to view. The impressions of your smile makeover will be sent to the dental laboratory with detailed instructions customized for your smile. A follow up phone call with the technician will finalize the details of your case. You will be given specific post-treatment details to prepare for the third session. You must follow these instructions very carefully to insure a smooth transition the next session.

The third session is exciting! We carefully bond the restorations to your teeth and make necessary adjustments. Your smile will be transformed to one beyond belief. This is a technique sensitive and lengthy appointment. You will be amazed at your new smile and beam with delight at the culmination of your aesthetic transformation.

At the final session, Dr. Nagata will artistically enhance your restorations with finesse. Minor sculpting of the veneers will characterize the restorations for that finishing touch. Final photographs are taken, a photo shoot is scheduled and your aesthetic transformation is complete.
